By booking a session at Podcaster studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Full payment or 50% deposit is required at booking. Remaining balance (if deposit paid) is due at the studio before the session begins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the session.
Studio Rules
No smoking, no alcohol, no food inside the studio recording area. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities.
Intellectual Property
All recordings produced during your session are your property. Podcaster retains no rights to your content. We may request permission to use short clips for marketing purposes.
